bers Russell , Dustin and Price and Superintendent Louanis.
Minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as
corrected.
The Board discussed the development at Field Pond Drive
and Rustic Lane. Mr. Domenic Zanni appeared before the Board
and stated that to give him an extension would benefit the
Town as a greater portion of the lots would be sold and the
necessity of opening a newly paved street would be lessened.
It was moved, seconded and voted to grant an extension of
one year, until September 30, 1975 to Mr. Zanni for the
completion of Field Pond Drive.
It was moved, seconded and voted to release $21 ,800.00
' from the total of $24,000.00 Bond held on Rustic Lane.
The meeting scheduled at 8:00 P.M. with Mr. Bryant and
Attorney 0. Bradley Latham to discuss the driveway on Chute
and High Streets was canceled.
The Board met with Mr. and Mrs. Silva of 45 Track Road
and their Attorney, Alfred Walton, at 8:30 P.M. to discuss
the possibility of introducing water and sewer services to
Lot 126, Plat 76 on Norman Road, a paper street. Mr. and
Mrs. Silva expressed willingness to give the Town an easement
across their lot at 45 Track Road to the abutting lot on
Norman Road. Mr. Price moved, Mr. Dustin seconded to grant
water and sewer services to Lot 126, Plat 76 on Norman Road
with the stipulation an easement be given the Town as shown
on the Plan submitted by Mr. Silva, drawn by H. Kingman Abbott,
Registered Surveyor. The motion did not carry. Mr. Russell
' moved, it was seconded and voted that we contact Town Counsel
for his advice as to the legal status of Norman Road and as
what legal way the Board might provide water and sewer services
to the lot in question and that the subject be brought up in '
two weeks at the September 23d meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
Respectfully submitted,
Secretary
