' Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 8:05 P.M. in
Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Blood, Secretary Reed, Board Members
Dustin, Price and Russell and Assistant Superintendent John
Tormey.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and accepted with j
correction.
The Board met with Attorney Bradley Latham and Peter Ogren, j
Engineer for Hayes Engineering to discuss the plans of Johanna
Drive. The Developer has requested permission to fill and
grade lots in order that stagnant water may be drained into the l
big ditch. The Board viewed photographs of the area and agreed
to meet with Mr. Ogren and Mr . Latham at 11 :00 A.M. Saturday,
March 30, inspect the area at "Pemberly" then take the matter
under advisement. I

' Read letter from Dana Perkins and Sons, Inc. requesting a
thirty day extension in behalf of Mr . Lux, Developer of Francis
Drive. It was moved, seconded and voted to grant the extension
of thirty days, or until April 25 •
