HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-09-17 Board of Survey MinutesFMeeting September 17, 1973 of the Board of Survey convened at 8:35 P.M. in Room 16 Municipal Building. Present: Chairman Blood, Board Members Dustin, Reed and Russell and Superintendent Louanis. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Mr. Reed read notice of Final Hearing regarding the approval , disapproval , or modification of the lines and grades of Pine Grove Estates. The Chairman asked the Developer to present the plans to the Board. A lengthy discussion ensued. Many questions were posed to the developers of the subdivision and the Board of Survey informed the Developer that the following items must be complied with before the Board could act on the plans. 1 . Milar copies of Plans that are to be recorded 2. Change min cellar fromelevation81 .00 to 82.00 3. Show tops and or toes of roadway slopes where they occur on private property. 4. Show slope easements on private properties and obtain releases for same from owners. 5. A certificate of ownership should be filed with the Board.
