7Meetingf the Board of Survey convened in Room 16, Municipal Build-
ing at 8:25 P.M.

Present: Chairman Blood, Secretary White, Board Members Russell ,
Dustin and Superintendent Louanis. !,
Secretary White read notice of a preliminary hearing regarding the
approval , disapproval , or modification of the lines and grades of
d
Pheasant Hill Estates. Mr. John Levine of Dana Perkins & Sons
presented plans and specifications for the Board's consideration.
Copy of Engineering Division 's report on the preliminary subdivision
is attached. No further action required at this time. Hearing was
declared closed at 8:50 P.M.
Secretary White read notice of final public hearing regarding the
approval , disapproval or modification of the lines and grades of
Heritage Lane. Because of a conflict in names, the developer,
�i Vincent Fantasia, suggested: a) Chapel Hill Estate, Chapel Hill
Drive, and b) Wellesley Hills Estate, Wellesley Hill Drive. It was
moved, seconded and voted to rename Heritage Estate, Heritage Lane,
to Chapel Hill Estate, Chapel Hill Drive, pending any adverse re-
port from the Fire Department. It was moved seconded and voted to
approve the subdivision Chapel Hill Estate. Hearing was declared
closed at 9:00 P.M.
It was moved, seconded and voted to release bond on Keith Road in
the amount of $2,800.00, with instructions to the Superintendent
to hold the funds until a bounds check has been made.

1� REPORT ON PRELIMINARY SUB DIVISION - "PHEASANT HILL ESTATES"
Suggested corrections and revisions :
1 . Widening of Longwood Road, in vicinity of development to a
width of 501 . Transition from a 401 to 50 ' between sta. 7+00 to
Sta. 7+90.
2. Relocation of sewer ejector station.
3. Locate and show on plan all existing buildings southwest of
development.
4. Locate and show on plan existing poles along Longwood Road.
5. Extend drainage on Pheasant Hill Rd. (distance between high
point and catch basins too great) .
6. Show end of public way & beginning of pr.ivate way.
7. Note station of equation of Board of Survey approved layout
.k , and proposed station of Longwood Road.
8. where does drainage from the end of the circle go?
�w 9. Show and note curbing in area of 9% slope of Pheasant Hill Rd.
(to prevent tree lawn erosion during heavy rainfall ) .
10. Fire flow test evaluation.
