Chairman Blood, Secretary White, Board Members Reed, Russell , Dustin, and Superintendent Louanis. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. Secretary White read notice of public hearing regarding approval , disapproval or modification of the sub-division known as "Johnston Park". The Conservation Committee was represented by Nancy Anderson and Stephen Bishop. Mr. Kaufman and Mr. Donald Johnston, developer, agreed to use the report (copy attached)as a guideline to resolve the discrepancies in the preliminary plan as submitted, in an effort to have a proper plan for a final hearing before the Board on July 16, 1973• Hearing was formally closed at 8: 25 P.M. ' Read letter from Lester C. Peabody, Normandy Realty Trust, requesting a partial bond release on Section 3, RedGate Lane. It was moved, seconded and voted to release $7,000.00, retaining $2,000.90 pending completion of the remaining work covered under the bond. Meeting adjourned at 8: 30 P.M. to reconvene as the Board of Public Works. Respectfully submitted $e C tr(� ecretary AGENDA — 6/18f73 REPORT TO THE BOARD Of SURVEY ON PROPOSED PRELIMINARY SUB—DIVISON "JOHNSTON PARK" 1 . Drainage Design computations needed to determine adequacy of proposed pipe sizes. 2. Profile of drain line between Lots 8 and 6, and lots 5 and 15, needed. 3. Deed description of Plat Boundry needed. Sub—division does not show all of original lot as shown on the assessors' plat 26, tot 36. 4. Lot 20 is an illegal lot and should be combined with lot 13 or 14. 5. Proposed percentage of grades on proposed streets along with all vertical curve data should be shown on the profiles. 6. Grade at end of Sunnyyside Road, where it meets the development of "Pinewood", is two (2) feet higher than that proposed by developer of "Pinewood". 7. Plans should shw proposed water mains. 8. Sanitary Sewer design data needed in order to determine whether the downstream pipe lines are adequate to handle the increased flow. 9. Minimum cover over Sanitary Sewer lines should be seven and one—half (71�) feet. 10. Proposed Granite Curbing should be shown and noted at all corners on the plans. 11 . Minimum cellar floor elevations should be noted on all lots. 12. Proposed Granite Stone Bounds should be shown and noted at all PC's, PT's, and angle points. 13. Station equations of center lines at all intersections. Should be shown on plans and profiles . 14. Locate and show all buildings adjacent to proposed streets.
