FVSueildingoi the Board of Survey opened at 8: 30 P.M. in Room 16, Municipal
Present: Chairman Blood, Secretary White, Board members Reed, Russell ,
Dustin, and Superintendent Louanis.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Read note from the Superintendent regarding approval of a sub—division
known as Pine Grove Estates, located westerly of Haverhill Street. It
was moved, seconded and voted to approve the plan of Pine Grove Estates,
subject to the following modifications:
1 . Change name of Pratt Row.
2. Show Bearings and Distances of all proposed easement lines on
the plans.
3. Proper Title Box on Sheets I thru 6.
4. Show Flood Plain District line on all plans.
5. Additional drainage design computations and data needed for
pipe line located in the vicinity of Haverhill Street.
6. Submit profiles of drainage in easements.
7. Submit profiles of sanitary sewer in easements.
8. Submit deed description of lot.
9. Submit gutter line profiles of corners at all street inter—
sections.
10. Set minimum cellar floor elevations on all lots.
11 . Show all proposed radius granite curbing at all street inter—
sections.
12. Show tops and/or toes of roadway slopes where they occur on
private properties.
13. Show slopeeasements on private properties and obtain releases
for same from owners.
14. Show existing utilities on Rustic Lane and Haverhill Street.
15. Show and note granite curb inlets of all catch basins.
16. Show and note granite stone bounds at all PCs and Pts.
17. Corner Rounding needed at intersection of Haverhill St. and
Schurman St.
18. Show proposed water gate valves on a line out of adj . street line.
19. Approval of this preliminary sub—division plan does not constitute
Approval to fill in wet lands or flood plains, since the authority
to do so lies with other legally constituted authorities.
20. The 18" outlet pipe for the pond shall be set at elevation 76.75
(U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey Datum) with a head—wall construction
' and not an outlet control facility.
