September 25, 1972
1 Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 8:00 P.M. in
Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman White, Secretary Watt, Board Members
Blood and Reed and Superintendent Louanis.
Preliminary Hearing was held regarding the approval ,disap-
proval or modification of the lines and grades of COUNTRYSIDE LANE
which runs in an easterly direction from West Street, a distance of
500 feet more or less to a dead end.
0. Bradley Latham, Messrs. Symes and Otte attended the
Hearing. Mr . Lathan stated that the Lane was on the easterly side
of West Street approximately across from Wentworth Road - resi-
dential Al for zoning purposes.
Mr. Otte, the engineer, described the Plan.
The Superintendent stated that the Engineering Division
had prepared a list of deficiencies several weeks ago for the
engineer to correct on the plan. The plan was not returned until
September 25 and the Engineering Department did not have an op-
portunity to review the newly submitted plan. The Superintendent
recommended that the Board take the plan under advisement until
October 2 and suggested that the Board visit the site prior to
that time. It was moved, seconded and voted to take the plan under
advisement and instruct the Superintendent to submit a report on
October 2 in order that the Board may act on the plan.
Meeting adjourned at 8: 30 P.M. to meet as the Board of
' Public Works .
