September 11 , 1972
Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 9:30 P.M. in
Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman White, Secretary Watt, Board Mem-
bers Blood and Reed, Assistant Superintendent Tormey and Town
Engineer Henry Weston.
Read letter from Domenick Zanni Sons, Inc. requesting
partial bond release for work completed on Rustic Lane. The Engi-
neering Department estimates the remaining work to be completed
at $24,000.00. The original bond was in the amount of $35,000.00.
Mr . Watt moved, Mr . Blood seconded and it was voted to release
$11 ,000.00.
Read letter from Symes Associates Inc. requesting re-
lease of bond on Landers Road. The Engineering Department estimates
the remaining work to be completed at $5,700.00. The original bond
was in the amount of $28,200.00. Mr. Watt moved, Mr . Reed seconded
and it was voted to release $22,500.00.
Read letter from Lady Alyce Realty Trust requesting re-
lease of bond on Breton Circle. Inspection of the work and survey
of the bounds by the Engineering Division indicate that the work
has been completed in accordance with the provisions of the bond.
Mr . Blood moved, Mr. Reed seconded and it was voted to release
the $1 ,000.00 being held.
