' Meeting of the Board of Survey opened at 9:00 P.M. in
Room 16, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman White, Board Members Hodgkins and
Watt and Superintendent Louanis.
Preliminary Hearing was held regarding the approval , dis-
approval or modification of the lines and grades of LANDERS ROAD
which runs in a Southwesterly direction from Van Norden Road, a
distance of 555 feet more or less to a dead end.
Messrs. Albert R. Symes, Richard E . Otte and Bradley
Latham appeared before the Board. The plan was explained to the
Board and drainage was discussed. Sewerage is not available. It
will be feasible to sewer it from Van Norden Road or through an
easement to Forest Street. According to Mr. Symes, percolation
and
tests have been made/all lots are habitable. The Superintendent
stated that the frontage at the legal setback was not sufficient
and the Board would like to see Certificate of Ownership and drain-
age computations.
It was moved, seconded and voted to approve the plan with
modifications as discussed.
Meeting adjourned at 9: 15 P.M.
