Room 16, Municipal Building.
Read note from the Superintendent regarding conversa-
tion with Mr. Pallotta who reported that he has been unable to
obtain construction easements abutting Breton Circle and has
therefore requested the Board to accept one of the following
modifications:

lieu of the Bituminous Concrete sidewalk so that
he may slope the sidewalk area into the existing
abutting properties and loam and seed it, or
2. He be allowed to construct a Bituminous Concrete
sidewalk in the tree lawn area with Bituminous
Concrete curbing and slope the normal Bituminous
Concrete sidewalk area to the abutting property
' owners and loam and seed it.

visit the Development before any decision is reached. It was
agreed that the Members will go to Breton Circle on May 3 at
7:00 P.M.
