PRESENT WERE CHAIRMAN WHITE, BOARD MEMBERS FLORENCE AND HODGKINS AND SUPERINTENDENT LDUANIS. PRELIMINARY HEARING WAS HELD REGARDING THE AP- PROVAL, DISAPPROVAL OR MODIFICATION OF THE LINES AND GRADES OF BEAVER ROAD WHICH RUNS IN A WESTERLY AND NORTHERLY DIREC- TION FROM COLONIAL DRIVE, A DISTANCE OF 1, 365 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A DEAD END, AND COLONIAL DRIVE EXTENSION WHICH RUNS IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION FROM BEAVER ROAD, A DISTANCE OF ' 310 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A DEAD END. MR. FRED DEWSNAP OF DANA F. PERKINS & SONS, INC. ATTENDED THE HEARING. READ COPY OF A LETTER FROM THE READING BOARD OF HEALTH TD DANA REALTY, INC. WHICH STATED THAT THE GENERAL LAND CONDITIONS OF THIS AREA OF BEAVER ROAD AND COLONIAL DRIVE ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR SEPTIC SYSTEMS; ALSO LETTER FROM DANA F. PERKINS & SONS, INC. WHICH ADVISED THAT DANA REALTY, INC. DOES NOT INTEND TO BUILD ON THIS LAND UNTIL THE PUBLIC SEWER IS AVAILABLE. Na. DEWSNAP OUTLINED THE PLAN TO THE BOARD. DRAIN- AGE AND SEWERAGE PLANS WERE DISCUSSED. ACCORDING TO MR. ' DEWSNAP, THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT TIES IN WITH THE SMALL PROPERTY WHICH MR. SWEEZEY HAS PURCHASED OR HAS AN OPTION 164 TO BUY. REFERRING TO AN ACCESS ROAD, MR. FOSTER HAS RE- LINQUISHED HIS RIGHT OF WAY THROUGH THE PROPERTY; ALSO C & J HOMES. DANA REALTY, INC. WILL GRANT FOSTER ACCESS TO COLONIAL DRIVE AND C & J HOMES WILL BE GRANTED TEMPO- RARY ACCESS UNTIL BEAVER ROAD IS CONSTRUCTED. IT WAS MOVED, SECONDED AND VOTED TO APPROVE THE PLAN SUBJECT TO THE SUBMISSION OF A SANITARY SEWER DESIGN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT. MEETING ADJOURNED AT 9:20 P.M. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED, � RETA�
