Meeting called to order at 6:07 PM.
Minutes from last meeting review - approved as amended.
The group began to review completed assessment checklists and narratives.
Pat Tompkins discussed some minor language changes he made on the check lists.
Pat Tompkins mentioned he put In"draft narratives".
A checklist resulted and was attached to the packet of building checklists.
John Coote suggested the group review the check lists between now and next meeting.
Nancy Twomey suggested to use next meeting as a working session - The goal is to put a
presentation together for School Committee.
Brad Congdon suggested Facilities pre-populate the Killam checklist.
It was noticed that Birch Meadow was missing from the packet of checklists.
Mike Bean pointed out that the Fieldhouse has yet to be toured. The group discussed that
this should be done before the next meeting. The group decided on a date of July 22, 2019
at 6:00 PM. Pat Tompkins will post.
The group discussed the "to do" checklist for the packet.
As part of the checklist Pat Tompkins mentioned caulking inspections. It was suggested
that this Is something that Facilities adopts as a standard operating procedure to Inspect

caulking. It was also suggested that this could possibly be an added task to the roofing
surveys.
The group discussed adding in Wood End for an RFI. The group decided to at least look at
the VCT separation. John Coote noted that due to the different materials that make up
Wood End to see some cracking in drywall was not unusual.
The group discussed clarifying exactly what"directional signage" means. It was mentioned
that this line should be deleted completely.
The group volunteered individually to look at certain sections of the assessment.
Next posted meeting potentially will be July 22, 2019 @ 6:00 PM at RMHS Fieldhouse.
Pat addressed liaison for Turf II, Mike Bean, and let him know where the project is at. The
status of the enrollment study was discussed.
