NOI 270-0698, 5 Dean Road, Map 46, Lot 129, Crocker Ms. Longley opened the Public Hearing. Bob and Lorna Crocker presented their plan to remove a three-season porch from their house, and replace it with an addition and deck, which is 90 feet away from the wetlands. Ms. Longley reviewed the site visit she took with Mr. Pinette and Mr. Tirone. The apron of the pool slopes away from the pool and wetlands, so straw wattles will not be needed. However, she summarized the presentation from Ryan Gage 1 1 Percival, Town Engineer, where he reviewed the plan for a water main replacement project on Main Street from Salem Street to Mill Street, and on Mill Street from Main Street to the North Reading town line. The meeting was informational, as the project falls under the general permit and the Conservation Commission needs to sign-off on the extension. Motion to sign the extension by Mr. Curtis, second by Mr. Pinette. Vote 4-0-0. Motion to adjourn by Mr. Pinette, second by Ms. Longley. Vote 4-0-0. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm. Page 1 2
