• Open Meeting Law
• Laura Gemme, Town Clerk distributed Open Meeting Law folders.
• Winter Social (Jan 31)
• Potential locations: Bertucci's, Capri, (Laurie Ann & Ray)
• Start of winter social is 6:30
• Earth Day Planning- Location (Saturday, April 21)
• Request for the gym space at the Parker Middle School.
• Space reserved for 8:00am to 3:00pm.
• Event from 10:00am to 2:00pm
• Letter and Flyer needs to be updated
• Celeste to update flyer
• Laurie Ann to update cover letter/email.
• Auto contacts from Ron - Jeff to follow up.
• Focus "Earth Day -Earth Wind and Fire"
• Advertising on the common to be coordinated by David
• Press release to media outlets (Patch, Chronicle, Advocate, Post)
