Ongoing Business:
• Solar Panel Charging Policy
• John Rogers shares his experience with solar panel charges from RMLD.
Instantaneous exchange of solar generation charges instead of monthly net
energy charges. Changes in state solar REC, reduction in Federal renewable
energy tax credit, increased cost of solar panels are limits to solar
development. Looking for support to improve policies at RMLD for solar
panels.
• Alternative means to recover utility service costs.
• Earth Day—Earth, Wind & Fire, Parker Middle School (Saturday, April 21)
• Accept flyer as provided by Celeste. Need to get printed copies for distribution
(Laurie Ann?).
• Letter to potential exhibitors accepted. Laurie Ann to send non-auto
exhibitors. Jeff to add text specific to auto exhibitors.
• Advertising on the common to be coordinated by David
• Press release to media outlets (Patch, Chronicle, Advocate, Post) Gina to draft
something to review.
