Review minutes, vote on acceptance
Minutes for 11/28/2018 accepted as amended
Ongoing Business:
• Movie nights discussion
• No Impact Man movie night at library - date to be determined
• Promotion through local churches
• Goal: To adopt more choices about reducing carbon footprint
• Age of Consequence to follow "Great Decisions" Class
• Craig Brandt foreign affairs discussion at the Library
• Goal: Understanding the security consequences of climate change
• Ideas for Earth Day Fair 2019
• Rotary Club promotion of trees with 5'h graders. Arbor Day
• Work with Rotary and "bare root" trees, related to carbon capture and native
plants.
• State grant pending.
• Pennies for Pines through the Garden Federation - Penny wars
• Mike Haniford has taken the role of tree warden
• Need to reformat the event. What are other towns doing?
• Work with Walkable Reading on a grant around trees.
• Reading Garden Club flower sale, joint participation.

• Need to be clear where people can charge their EV cars.
