Laurie Ann to inform RMLD operations. • Celeste to prepare a graphic and Flyer. • Bicycle Recycling Event • Confirmed for May 3 - 4, 2019 9:00 to 11:00 for bike service • Friday 11:00 to 12:30 drop off (Ray and Mary?) • Reading Police Department to donate a dozen bikes • David passed the paperwork to Laurie Ann for liability insurance. • Committee Membership • Two open member roles, possible one open associate member • Laurie Ann, ending 2019 and Gretchen, ending 2021 • Patty Cameron attended as possible RMLD representative • Possible RMLD employee could attend a meeting in a non-member status • No sunset provision, updated mission statement (as noted on the website) • Friends and Family Day (lune 15) • Discussion of topics for the booth • Presentation to the Select Board • Need to make a presentation • Select Board Chair Vannessa Alverado • Committee Liaison Andy Friedmann • Update the Wordpress Website • Possible update to an .ORG status with minimal ads.
