Meeting called to order at 6:05 PM.
Meeting minutes from the March 11, 2019 were approved as submitted.
Permanent Building Committee (PBC) liaisons discussed. All agreed that there should be no
issues and expressed interest in being involved in upcoming projects - suggest that Joe
Huggins let them know what's going on. Group discussed that in certain situations some
topics from these projects may come up, but it will not necessarily be a topic for discussion
at every PBC meeting. They will talk to Town Manager about developing a paragraph about
what the liaisons' expectations may be.

Greg Stepler suggested facilities discussing how to proceed with this testing and
maintenance such as prioritizing buildings - possibly do five buildings per year over three
years and start again.
Joe Huggins will check to see if there are or will be any OSHA requirements.
Joe Huggins went over pending action deficiencies items that are a result of the assessment
that have been done so far.
Pat Tompkins suggested putting something in the final narrative that will update where any
deficiencies are at that time. One possibility is using the term of"recommendation" vs
"deficiency".
