We propose to perform those items of work listed under Section 2. 4, Construction Services, of our contract of January 26, 1970 and numbered 2. 4. 1 through 2.4. 9, inclusive, and recommend that an upset limit of $10,000 be established for this work. The $10,000 figure is predicated on the assumption that under Item 2. 4. 6, each furnace will be successful in passing the first test. Also, that under Item 2. 4.8, no reinspection will be required to insure conform- ance of the contractor's work. The following should be added to Article 5.4 of our existing contract: 5.4. 1 The total of the Engineer's charges for services rendered under Item 2. 4 (Construction Services), subitems 2.4. 1 through 2. 4. 9 inclusive, of this Agreement shall not exceed the upset limit of $10,000. This upset limit does not apply to any of the other Items of this Agreement. • RERRT. ADEET .Ns ,.. DNR N. LON..RP.TION Au.IEr.
