REPORT OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS ON THE LAYING OUT OF
DEBORAH DRIVE
The Board of Public Works of the Town of Reading having
determined and adjudged that common convenience and necessity re-
quire the laying out of a town way under the provisions of law
authorizing the assessment of betterments, substantially in the
location hereinafter described, having complied with all require-
ments of law relating to notice to the owners of land thereof and
of a hearing thereon, and having met at the time and place appointed
for such hearing and then and there heard all persons present who
' desired to be heard, have laid out as a town way for the use of the
town running Northerly of Apple Gate (Public) Lane, substantially as
and in the location of a private way known as Deborah Drive. The
boundaries and measurements of said way as so laid out are as follows:
Beginning on the Northerly Sideline of Apple Gate Lane
at a Granite Stone Bound;
Thence by a curved line to the left, having a radius of
25.00 feet, a distance of 29.37 feet to a Granite Stone Bound;
Thence N. 060-09'-22" E . , a distance of 496.51 feet to a
Granite Stone Bound, said point being a point of curvature;
Thence by a curved line to the right, having a radius of
150.00 feet, a distance of 283.21 feet to a Granite Stone Bound;
Thence S. 650-40'-00" E . , a distance of 155.26 feet to a
Granite Stone Bound;
Thence S. 080-05'-00" W. , a distance of 52.08 feet to a
Granite Stone Bound, said point being a point of curvature;
Thence by a curved line to the right, having a radius of
50.00 feet, a distance of 140.09 feet to a Granite Stone Bound,
said point being a point of curvature;
Thence by a curved line to the left, having a radius of
25.00 feet, a distance of 30.77 feet to a Granite Stone Bound;
Thence N. 650-40 '-00" W. , a distance of 49. 12 feet to a '
Granite Stone Bound, said point being a point of curvature;
Thence by a curved line to the left, having a radius of
100.00 feet, a distance of 188.80 feet to a Granite Stone Bound;
Thence S. 060-09 '-22" W. , a distance of 473.90 feet to a
Granite Stone Bound, said point being a point of curvature;
Thence by a curved line to the left, having a radius of
25.00 feet, a distance of 42.06 feet to a Granite Stone Bound;
Thence S. 830-32 '-53" W• , a distance of 95.42 feet to the
point of beginning of this description.
The above described lines being more fully described on
a plan entitled "Street Acceptance Plan - Deborah Drive", dated
February 1974, E . Roger Louanis, Superintendent, said plan being a part
of this description.
We determine that no damages will be sustained by any
person or persons in their property by reason of thetaking to be ,
made for this improvement. All acts in connection with said lay-
ing out are done under the provision of law authorizing the assess
ment of betterments, and betterments are to be assessed therefor.
This laying out so made by us we hereby report to the
Town for acceptance and recommend that said way shall thereafter
be known as a public town way and named Deborah Drive, and that the
sum of One Thousand and Fifty Eight ($1 ,058.00) Dollars be raised
and appropriated for construction of said way.

The Board of Public Works of the Town of Reading having
determined and adjudged that common convenience and necessity re-
quire the laying out of a town way under the provisions of law
authorizing the assessment of betterments, substantially in the
location hereinafter described, having complied with all require-
ments of law relating to notice to the owners of land thereof and
of a hearing thereon, and having met at the time and place appointed
for such hearing and then and there heard all persons present who
' desired to be heard, have laid out as a town way for the use of the
town running Northeasterly of Marla (Public) Lane, substantially as
and in the location of a private way known as Marla Lane. The bound=,
aries and measurements of said way as so laid out are as follows:
Beginning at a Granite Stone Bound, said point being the
Northwesterly terminus of the 1959 Acceptance of Marla Lane;
Thence N. 090-20 '-41 " E . , a distance of 59.58 feet to a
Granite Stone Bound, said point being a point of curvature;
Thence by a curved line to the left, having a radius of
175.00 feet, a distance of 79.02 feet to a point;
Thence N. 730-28 '-20" E . , a distance of 45.45 feet to a
point;
Thence S. 160-31 '-41 " E . , a distance of 45.00 feet to a
Granite Stone Bound, said point being a point of curvature;
Thence by a curve to the right, having a radius of 225.00
' feet, adistance of 56.30 feet to a Granite Stone Bound;
Thence S. 090- 20'-41 " W. , a distance of 48.42 feet to a
Granite Stone Bound;
Thence S. 860-45'-20" W. , a distance of 51 .23 feet to the
point of beginning of this description.
The above described lines being more fully described on
a plan entitled "Street Acceptance Plan - Marla Lane", dated '
February 1974, E . Roger Louanis, Superintendent, said plan being a part
of this description.
We determine that no damages will be sustained by any
person or persons in .their property by reason of the taking to be
made for this improvement. All acts in connection with said lay-
ing out are done under the provision of law authorizing the assess-
ment of betterments, and betterments are to be assessed therefor.
This laying out so made by us we hereby .report to the
Town for acceptance and recommend that said way shall thereafter
be known as a public town way and named Marla Lane, and that the
sum of Two Hundred .and Nineteen ($219.00) Dollars be raised and -
appropriated for construction of said way.

location hereinafter described, having complied with all require-
ments of law relating to notice to the owners of land thereof and
of a hearing thereon, and having met at the time and place appointed
for such hearing and then and there heard all persons present who
' desired to be heard, have laid out as a town way for the use of the
town running Southwesterly of Haverhill (Public) Street, substantial-
ly as and in the location of private way known as Rustic Lane. The
boundaries and measurements of said way as so laid out are as
follows:
Beginning at a Granite Stone Bound on the Southwesterly
Sideline of Haverhill Street;
Thence by a curved line to the right, having a radius of
25.00 feet, a distance of 39.27 feet to a Granite Stone Bound;

The Board of Public Works of the Town of Reading having
determined and adjudged that common convenience and necessity re-
quire the laying out of a town way under the provisions of law
authorizing the assessment of betterments, substantially in the
location hereinafter described, having complied with all require-
ments of law relating to notice to the owners of land thereof and
of a hearing thereon, and having met at the time and place appointed
for such hearing and then and there heard all persons present who
' desired to be heard, have laid out as a town way for the use of the
town running Southwesterly of Pennsylvania (Public) Avenue, sub-
stantially as and in the location of a private way known as Penn-
sylvania Avenue. The boundaries and measurements of said way as
so laid out are as follows:
Beginning at a Point, said point being at the South-
westerly terminus of the 1929 Acceptance of Pennsylvania
Avenue;
Thence S. 110-39'-45" W. , a distance of 2.38 feet to a
Granite Stone Bound, said point being a point of curvature;
Thence by a curved line to the right, having a radius
of 133.91 feet, a distance of 89.25 feet to a Granite Stone
Bound;

The Board of Public Works of the Town of Reading having
determined and adjudged that common convenience and necessity re-
quire the laying out of a town way under the provisions of law
authorizing the assessment of betterments, substantially in the
location hereinafter described, having complied with all require-
ments of law relating to notice to the owners of land thereof and
of a hearing thereon, and having met at the time and place appointed
for such hearing and then and there heard all persons present who
desired to be heard, have laid out as a town way for the use of the
town running Southerly of Indiana (Public) Aver, substantially as and
in the location of a private way known as Indiana Avenue. The Bound-
aries and measurements of said way as so laid out are as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being at the Southeasterly
Terminus of the 1956 Acceptance of Indiana Avenue;

The Board of Public Works of the Town of Reading having

quire the laying out of a town way under the provisions of law
authorizing the assessment of betterments, substantially in the
location hereinafter described, having complied with all require-
ments of law relating to notice to the owners of land thereof and
of a hearing thereon, and having met at the time and place appointed
for such hearing and then and there heard all persons present who
' desired to be heard, have laid out as a town way for the use of the
town running Northwesterly of Line of Walnut (Public) Street, sub-
stantially as and in the location of a private way known as Red Gate
Lane. The boundaries and measurements of said way as so laid out
are as follows:
Beginning at a Granite Stone Bound, said point being on
the Northerly Sideline of Walnut Street;

COVEY HILL ROAD (Extension)
The Board of Public Works of the Town of Reading having
determined and adjudged that common convenience and necessity re-
quire the laying out of a town way under the provisions of law
authorizing the assessment of betterments, substantially in the
location hereinafter described, having complied with all require-
ments of law relating to notice to the owners of land therof and
of a hearing thereon, and having met at the time and place appointed
for such hearing and then and there heard all persons present who
' desired to be heard, have laid out as a town way for the use of the
town running Southeasterly of Covey hill (Public) Road, substantially
as and in the location of a private way known as Covey Hill Road. The
boundaries and measurements of said way as so laid out are as
follows:
Beginning at a Granite Stone Bound, said point being the
Southeasterly Terminus of the 1971 Acceptance of Covey Hill Road;
