in Room 19, Municipal Building.
Present were Chairman Russell , Secretary Dustin, Board
Members Blood and Botka and Superintendent Louanis .
Chairman Russell asked the Board Members if they wished
to reconsider the position taken on Articles 56 and 57 and 58
at the Annual Town Meeting and it was agreed to proceed as pre-
viously voted.
The Board reviewed the Plan showing the Wetland Protection
District, sheets 1 - 39 with comments being raised on the follow-
ing sheets:

b. Remove Wetland Protection District on ditch north
of South Street shown on this sheet

this sheet from the Wetland Protection District
' Sheet 11 Wetland Protection District shown on this sheet is not
in the Town of Reading and is not necessary
Sheet 14 Remove two lots on Johanna Drive from the wetland
Protection District that has been filled in since the
aerial mapping has been completed, also remove the
second ditch shown in the Wetland Protection Area
near the Little League Field

District near Charles Street opposite Memorial Park
Sheet 22 Remove from the Wetland Protection District the newly
piped ditch on Forest Street near Hurlburt Road
Sheet 26 Remove this sheet completely from the Wetland Pro-
tection District
Sheet 27 Remove small pool shown on this sheet from the Wetland
Protection District
Sheet 28 Remove small pool shown on this sheet from the Wet-
land Protection District.
After considerable discussion regarding the proposed Wet-
land Protection District it was moved that the Board recommend
to the Annual Town Meeting to indefinitely postpone Article 80.
The motion did not carry.
It was decided to ask the Conservation Commission to make
all of the changes to the 9 sheets described above, to include
the previously requested ammendment allowing driveways or streets
( including utilities) and to delete section 7. It was the sense
of the Board members present that if all the above actions were
taken the Board would not object to Article 80.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 P .M.
