Meeting minutes from the January 7, 2019 approved as submitted The Birch Meadow assessment matrix was reviewed, and comments were discussed. The group discussed the asbestos in the boiler room at Birch Meadow and if we can abate some areas that need attention - Facilities will review this internally. The Issue of no holdbacks on the fire doors and absence of fire rating on the doors came up. Joe Huggins will speak with Reading Fire on how they view this condition. The group continued with the rankings of the Birch Meadow Items. The narrative for the Joshua Eaton was discussed and the group will put it Into template form to use on all buildings. The next building will be Parker on March 1, 2019. Joe Huggins gave an update on the House Doctor Contract and OSHA Audit. The Permanent Building Committee will send to Facilities a list of deficiencies found during the walkthrough of the buildings that need to be assessed. Joe Huggins will determine which Items will be assessed internally and which Items will be looked at under the House Doctor Contract. From that, a recommendation will be made on how to repair the deficiencies. Meeting adjourned at 7:53 PM. Page 1 1
