Heather calls meeting to order at 7:06pm
Kyung had to leave at 7:40pm
1. Sharing Experiences
2. Student Liaison report: skipped, no students present at meeting
3. Police Readout:
a. 1 Parker incident was solved; no other details available
4. MLK 2019 event planning and logistics
a. Heather to reach out to Reading Cooperative Bank for water bottle donation
b. Heather to see if Josh/Linda can help with breakfast procurement from Honey
Dew (Coffee/donuts)
c. Heather to reach out to Maureen Knight re: Community Connection newsletter
S. December Holiday recognitions In Reading
a. 12/4 SB discussion implied this will be thought of earlier for next year, but
this year it is too late
6. Review and vote on past meeting minutes
a. Heather moves to approve 10/30 minutes, David seconds, 4 in favor, Susan
abstains since she was not present
7. Next meeting confirmed as 1/3/19
8. Heather moved to adjourn at 7:50pm; Kerr! seconds, 4 in favor (Kyung had already
left)
