Ms. Scanlon called meeting to order at 7:00 pm
Commission Member David Neumeyer has resigned sending a letter to the Commission's office
and the Selectmen Office On October 9,2018
RDA 2017-10 Meadowbrook Golf Course continued until October 24,2018.

NOI 270- 125 & 126 Azalea Circle, Kay St.,Realty
This is the third filing for the same property since 2008. The structures were moved farther away
from the resource area. flags where on the ground and not properly affixed to shrubs and
branches. This application has not received a file Number from mass DEP. The applicant is
proposing to construct a single-family home with an accessory apartment on Azalea Circle.

Stormwater will be collected from roof and driveway,but the stormwater calculations were not
received or reviewed by the Commission or engineering at the time of the hearing;there were not
enough hardcopies for distribution. There was questions whether the current system had enough
capacity. The applicant said there is more than 1000 gallons of storage between all three
chambers but will verify. The applicant indicated they would provide an electronic(pdf)version
of the calculations for review. The commission also requested to consider the impacts of the
clogging of the pervious pavement as part of their calculations.
Retaining walls are 2 to 4 feet and will be used around the property. This will not requiring
engineering review.
Sal Gentile an abutter asked the question about sewage connection and how many trees would be
removed.
Tom Anzoni was wondering about the retaining wall if it would be removed and if there are
alternatives to a sewer connection on Carnation Circle. He also asked if all the catch basin's
discussed at the meeting would be located on the applicants property.
Vito Palatino asked about water flooding,water stored in that area and if this project would
affect the already large area the water seems to take up around his property.
The Commission asked for Stormwater information.A planting plan including mitigation for the
tree removal sent to the Conservation Office before the next meeting. A second site visit is
planned for October 23rd before this site visit takes place Tom Hughes will rehang the wetland
flags.

RDA 2018-7 25 Larch Lane Immerman
Mr. Immerman explain that he wanted to build an addition and the deck. The closest point the
project would get to the resource area was 50 feet. Mr. Immerman said he would install erosion
control and that both structures would be built using sono tubes.

270-366 Charles St,CJM Builders
The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing single family home down to the foundation.
Two additional foundation areas will be poured and a new single family home along with a paver
patio and exterior deck will be built. The applicant also proposes to landscape the lawn and
remove trees within the 25 and 35 foot vegetated buffer zone. A question about where the grass
line ends and its proximity to the resource area was discussed. The condition of the trees to be
removed is unknown and fill is proposed for the left and right side of the house. How will alter
that area and or access to the back yard.
The commission will conduct a second site visit on October 23rd

RDA 2018-8128 Fairchild,Dopler
Mr. Dopler explains his retaining wall has collapsed, confirmed from the picture and a site visit
by the Commission. Plans are presented at the meeting silt fence will be installed between the
work in the wetland. A condition to not cover the leaf litter with any spoils from the excavation
was requested. The wall will be rebuilt in kind

NOI 270,30 Ashley Place,Mahoney
The applicant is proposing to demolish and rebuild an existing deck converting it into a Four-
season room supported by sone tubes. The applicant also proposes to build a deck and a small
addition to square off one corner of the house. 4 trees are proposed to be removed,all will be
replaced. The location of two trees and their health and sustainable life in that location was that
question. There are flagstones in the resource area that need to be removed.
The commission will conduct a second site visit on October 23,2018

246 Walnut Street
The owner was doing some earth work one member of the commission checked out the site and
later the Conservation Administrator. The resource areas are located beyond the new earth work.
The Commission approved the work allowing Mr. Ray Airheart to continue as long as he worked
no closer than the demarcation line laid out on the site visit. The line is from three trees that
transact the property with yellow tape on them
Land Gift Map 2 Lot 1
The Convnission discussed the land gift by Kenneth Latham. Mr Hayes did a preliminary site
visit to check for access point along with unknown danger areas.A new site visit was scheduled
with Ms. Scanlon with a site visit report scheduled for the next meeting.
