The Commission discussed the delay in getting the paperwork for the conservation restriction for
113 Arcadia Ave.

RDA 30 Glenmere Circle,Winsor
A number of trees are slated to be cut down.The Commission discussed which ones they would
accept as replacement tree for and what trees must remain.A new site visit was scheduled

RDA 2018-51391 Main St. Green
The applicant would like to take down 26 trees around his property. They present a danger to his
house. The Commission conducted a site walk and noticed that there was yard waste on the
property.As part of the permit the yard waste must be removed. Special condition when the
stump grinding happens along the driveway Mr Tirone must be notified. Mr. Green will make a
voluntary donation to the Shade Tree Fund in the amount of$500.00

RDA 2018-6, 196 Salem St. Nelligan
The applicant wants to extend his lawn into the 25 foot Zone of Natural V egitation to create a
lawn area for his kids. The Commission conducted a site visit where most of the trees were dead
that were marked to be cut down. The work is to remove the trees and wind throw trees clean up
the stumps and grade the area with a bobcat. The applicant will make a voluntary donation to the
Shade Tree Fund in the amount of$500.00

Kevin Cignetti of 13 Smith Ave mentioned a large tree he would like to take down at 9 Smith
Ave. Mr Cignetti also wanted to talk about the Lakeview and Eaton project he handed out a
memo to the commission,Lakeview and Eaton was not on the agenda.
Reading Woods certificate of compliance was discussed.
The Mr Pinette wanted to better understand wetland mitigation Mr. Tirone will prepare a power
point on the regulations and the mitigation process.
