Present: Janet Baroman,Chairman Ron Stortz,Vice Chairman William Brown, Secretary Elise Ciregna Olive Hecht Absent: Mary Vincent Also Present: Robert Keating, Superintendent Review of Past Meeting Minutes The Minutes of December 11, 2012 were reviewed and approved by a vote of 5-0 on a motion by Elise Ciregna and seconded by Ron Stortz. General Business Bob explained the process of the RFQ for the purposed new building and that the Town received only three replies from the twenty-one taken out. Bill Brown explained that perhaps ' part of the reason was that the RFQ was a not to exceed, (no gold plate). Bob went on to explain that the review committee was meeting February I P to go over the RFQ's and then set up interviews. Bob stated that a long term employee is still out and that a temp is still employed. There were 17 funerals in January. Bob noted that burials will be done this week despite the snow and that it takes extra time to prepare the site in part because of one foot of frost. Sales have been strong in the Forest Glen Um Garden and at Wood End. Adjourn The meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM. The next meeting of the Trustees will be Tuesday, March 12,2013.
