There was discussion of the one gate at Laurel Hill, Michael H will look into it and determine if
it should be removed.
Bill Brown inquired about the need for bottled water at the building, Michael H said that the
water is discolored and will check into it.
Michael H stated he had concerns about the lack of help; he has had to bring in park help. He
stated that one long-time employee is still out and that leaves them short.
Both Michaels stated that last week was a true test, in that there were several interments, three in
one day, within an hour of each other.
Virginia Blodgett was given the consent of the Board to inquire of the Town Accountant if the
Board can use the sale of lots and the bequest funds without the approval of Town Meeting. She
will report back at the next meeting.
The sale of lots has been very strong in Forest Glen(um garden)and Wood End.
Dogs in the cemeteries were discussed, it was the sense that more communication will be sent
out,and then will see if more drastic steps are needed.
