Topics of Discussion:
Meeting called to order at 7:06PM
Mr. Blodgett passed out copies of the letter he sent to William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the
Commonwealth. This is a Letter of Support for nominating the MF Charles Building Restoration
project for the 2015 Preservation Award.
Minutes:
Motion made by Ms. Bornstein to approve the October 20,2014 minutes. Ms.Adams
seconded. Vote was 3-0-0.
Motion made by Ms.Adams to accept the minutes from October 27,2014 as amended. Ms.
Bornstein seconded. Vote was 3-0-0.
Motion made by Ms. Bornstein to accept the minutes from January 08,2015. Ms. Adams
seconded. Vote was 3-0-0.
Motion made by Ms.Adams to accept the minutes from January 20, 2015. Ms. Bornstein
seconded. Vote was 3-0-0.
The Commission discussed the email from the Town Manager and Town Counsel. Mr.
Blodgett said there are still outstanding items from the Town Manager that needs to be
addressed. Mr. Blodgett will talk to Ms. Wilson regarding the signage for the District.
There was a general discussion of the following topic areas of 186-190 Summer Avenue:
• Demolition
• Restoration of original building
• New construction/addition

The Commission requested:
• 3 dimensional model of 186 Summer Avenue house and proposed addition
Letter of authorization from owner
Future Meetings:
• March 2, 2015
• March 23, 2015—Public Hearing
Motion made by Ms. Bornstein to adjourn at 9:34 p.m. Ms.Adams seconded. Vote was 3-".
