less than V2 the discretionary budget remains for entertainment through lune 2014.
Council reviewed summer events. There was concern about the booth placement at
Friends and Family Day contributing to less foot traffic. The Administrator will
request better placement next year. The summer dinner and dedication were very
successful. The Council agreed to continue this event into next year.
Christine Hansen reviewed the status of the Farmer's Market. Reading does not
receive coupons for Elders due to the set-up of the Market. In order to qualify more

Erica Deane volunteered to be secretary for our October meeting. We currently have
a rotating secretary schedule, but would happily take on a volunteer to be
permanent secretary for the year.
Our October meeting date has been scheduled for the 21" due to Town conflicts.
Please not the change on your schedules.
The Group COA photo will be taken at October meeting.
