Request for Reduction of Surety Amount - Mariano Drive Applicant: Al Couillard Mr. Tuttle moved that the CPDC accept the modification to the bond release for Mariano Drive. The motion was seconded by Mr. Safina and approved with a 5-0-0 vote. Public Hearino - Storage Trailer Special Permit, 1364 Main Street Applicant: David Feldman of Wlnuate Healthcare Mr. Feldman was present on behalf of the Application. He explained that the storage unit is very basic and Is used for storage of medical materials such as wheelchairs and spare beds. It has no power running to it. Due to a combination of site constraints, such as wetlands, topography, and existing parking / fire lane areas, the proposed location - within the side yard setback - is the only feasible place for it on the site. Conservation has no issues with the location, and abutters have no issues. The Commission discussed whether a special permit can technically be granted under the current bylaw. It was noted that the proposed bylaw for accessory structures Includes a provision to accommodate such situations. Mr. Hansen Instructed the applicant to keep the storage trailer where it is right now and to come back before the Commission early next year after the proposed bylaw amendment has gone to Town Meeting. Mr. Feldman agreed. Mr. Tuttle moved to continue the public hearing until February 2017. The motion was seconded by Mr. Weston and approved with a 5-0-0 vote. Page I 1 Certificate of Appropriateness for Sionaae — Professor's Market Applicant, Frank Pellearino, 505 Main Street Mr. Pellegrino was present on behalf of the Application. He explained that he is requesting a blade sign with no illumination, which he believes meets the Town's requirements. Mr. Tuttle moved to approve the Certificate of Appropriateness for 505 Main Street. The motion was seconded by Mr. Safina and approved with a 5-0-0 vote. CPDC Reoroanization Mr. Tuttle nominated Mr. Safina for Chair. The nomination was seconded by Mr. Weston and approved with a 4-0-0 vote. Mr. Safina nominated Mr. Weston for Secretary. The nomination was seconded by Mr. Tuttle and approved with a 4-0-0 vote. Updates B ac The rd of Selectmen asked for CPDC's input on whether to continue with the Stormwater Bylaw (in the General Bylaws) at Town Meeting or to table it. It was noted that a lot of work went into it and that it should go forward. The Commission decided to put it on their next agenda for further discussion before Town Meeting. Ms. Dellos stated that she did a preliminary site walk at Artis and it looks good. She noted that the hearing for the Reading Village 40B was continued with the ZBA until October. Tony D'Arezzo, 130 John Street, asked if there is a limit to how many 40Bs can be in the queue at any given time. Ms. Delios responded that there Is not. Mr. Safi Safina moved to approve the August 8"' minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Tuttle and approved with a 3-0-2 vote with Mr. Weston and Mr. Tuttle abstaining. Mr. Tuttle moved to approve the August 22n0 minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Safina and approved with a 5-0-0 vote. Mr. Hansen moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:33 PM. The motion was seconded by Mr. Tuttle and approved with a 5-0-0 vote.
