The size of the pool is 23 feet long by 12 feet wide. The pool company is from Wakefield and they will enter the property on top of plywood sheets to save the grass and reduce soil compacting with the heavy equipment. The area where the pool is will be excavated and filled with crushed stone. The pool will be on top of an existing 12 x 15 play area. on the property. The Commission accepted a variance request to allow the pool in the 25 foot ZNV. The applicant proposes to use New England plant mix and all areas of disturbance and segregate the topsoil to use for the top dressing the graded area allowing the existing seed bank to germinate. The low flow Channel can't shift without compromising the bank on eater side. The substrate was changed to limestone to increase permeability of the stream and allow flow through the bum. The top of berm is at elevation 86.25 in the top of bank is at elevation 87.The applicant discussed alternative, elevating the pipe is against safety protocol, lowering the pipe is complicated because of ledge believed to be on the Eastway and by the limited access to the protect site. Protecting the pipe and place is the preferred alternative,the applicant notes from 1951 support the assumption of ledge on Eastway,but not detail on the concrete coating on the pipe was given in the notes. The commission asked about other alternatives such as adding rubber protection to the pipe or more concrete to each end to protect the edges. Ms. Scanlon ask about a hydraulic and hydrologic study of the stream channel. Mr Tirone said the engineering department will review the project before the Commission approves the work. The Commission wanted to we modeling of the 10 and 20 years storm events Mr. Pinette asked about the impoundment area and the maximum extent the impounded water would raise on the bank and if that will cause any flooding to the abutting property. Motion to continue by Ms. Scanlon and seconded by Mr. Pinette Vote 5-0-0 There was a short discussion about the drainage area and the work requested by the Commission as part of the Certificate of Compliance request at Ards Senior Living. Mr Tirone said no progress and no comments had been passed on to the conservation office todate. 37 James Road 270-0629,Fucarile Mr. Fucarile submitted a written request to extend his conservation permit for 3 years to 2020. The project is coming along but changes order had delayed the project. Motion to approve by Ms. Scanlon and seconded by Mr. Flynn Vote 5-0-0 37 James Road 270-0629,Fucarde Mr. Fucarile submitted a written request for a minor plan change to the existing Order of Conditions to add crushed stone next to the house and along the retaining wall and a fence for safety along the top of the retaining wall. Motion to approve by Ms.Scanlon and seconded by Mr.Flynn Vote 5-0-0 Short discussion about when 364 Lowell Street amongst was going to start.
