Call to Order
The meeting opened at 7:00 PM.
Old/New Business
o Boy Scout David Graham,Troop 728 presented his Eagle Project proposal for a trailhead
kiosk at the Strout Ave entrance.Kiosk will be 6 feet high with a painted map. Will be
installed in mid-July
o Reviewed Town Forest Survey.Town will put the survey on the Web site home page
o Update on Town Forest Plan
1. Liz Newlands has completed fieldwork
2. Will be in TF this week
3. Has interviewed FoRR, Trail Committee,Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts
4. Proposes public meeting this fall
o Discussed Strout Ave parking and traffic routing plans prepared by Town Engineer
o Friends and Family Day in June 16th and TF Committee will have table.
