Please keep in mind the Town Clerk's hours of operation and make necessary arrangements to be sure your posting is made in an adequate amount of time. A listing of topics that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting must be on the agenda. All Meeting Postings must be submitted in typed format; handwritten notices will not be accepted. Topics of Discussion: 1) Call to order 2) Old business a. Acceptance of minutes. b. Minutes were approved 3) WASH • Family Fitness Night • Oak Street Issues • See Wash Notes 4) Snow Issues • Lisa has been in contact with the town to address snow issues 5) New Business a. Attendance • Our Overall goal= 98% • We are currently at 96.75% • 24 Letters were sent home about 5 or more absences • Lisa will be putting a short video in the tracks and on the social media page about attendance • The Student Council also has some ideas that they will be sharing with staff • A PSA about Attendance will also go out from Lisa 6) Mailbox • Little Free Library (we need to pick a mailbox) • Looking for information about installing the mailbox • Also looking on ETSY 7) Items for next meeting o School Improvement Plan Update This Agenda has been prepared In advance and represents a listing of topics that the chair reasonably anticipates will be discussed at the meeting.However the agenda does not necessarily include all matters which may be taken up at this meeting.
