Meeting called to order at 6:01
A discussion about an Elementary School Master Plan Study began. Joe Huggins spoke
about the House Doctor Contract that is going out to bid. This can be used for an
Enrollment Study and a Master Plan Study.
John Coote was uncertain if the House Doctor concept was the best way to go. He felt as
though it would be better to bid it out separately.
Joe Huggins will look into the best approach from a financial standpoint and a practicality of
hiring a House Doctor or an individual company to do it.
Patrick Tompkins will send a list of potential companies for a House Doctor.
Meeting minutes from June 4" reviewed as submitted and approved.
A discussion on the assessment began. Joe Huggins mentioned having our consultant add
equipment into the Assessment Tool - Patrick will send the tool to Joe Huggins.
The consultant will populate the Assessment Tool for Eaton for the September meeting and
review Killam,
The next building after Eaton will be Birch Meadow.
The Cemetery Garage document was talked about and a write up will be put together and
sent to the Town Manager as a report/memo. Brad Congdon will have this for the next
meeting.
