J. Feudo speaks about the Sunday Permitting Policies to committee members. The current
policy allows for no permits to be issued before 12:OOPM on Sundays. He goes on to say
that committee agreed along the way to grant one special early permit a year and also
extend a permit in the case of an emergency. J. Feudo gives a handout of the rules and
regulations on this policy to each member of the committee. J. Feudo says that last year
permits were granted to all Reading Organizations on 6 Sundays due to the large amounts
of snow.
J. Feudo says that the Reading Girls Lacrosse Organization is requesting 3 total Sundays. J.
Feudo says there are a few options that the committee can explore:
Option 1 grant two extra Sundays to Reading Girls Lacrosse
Option 2 9:OOam and 11:OOam games could move to a later time at the Stadium Field
Option 3 9:OOam and 11:00am games could move from Parker to Stadium Field
J. Feudo states that the schools do not have regulations on Sunday morning play. F. Driscoll
says he thinks the policies for School and Recreation should be consistent. K. Kaminer asks
about the lining of the stadium field at the High School. J. Feudo says that he can speak

concern on other organizations asking the Recreation Committee for extra time on Sunday
mornings.
