Meeting was called to order at 6:09 PM.
Meeting minutes from April 2nd reviewed as submitted and approved.
The group gave Patrick Tompkins an overview of last month's meeting and the checklist.
The group then discussed the Killam Facilities checklist.
Greg Stepler asked for the Killam backflow testing reports. Joe Huggins will contact DPW.
-The assessment will contain things like the AHERA report, PM report, Gienapp study,-
backflow testing reports, and roof warranty. In addition, the Noresco M &V reports for
Killam will be in the Assessment Report.
Greg Stepler talked about having a feasibility study done for Killam.
The group will finish the Killam and then move on to the other schools.
The group will talk to the Town Manager about having a consultant populate the remaining
pieces.on the Assessment Tool. Items such as equipment install date will be added at that
time.
The members will send Greg Stepler_their narrative within the next two weeks to be placed
into the report.
The Ad-Hoc Building Committee Report from 2011 will be added into the report.
The Birch Meadow will be the next building to be assessed.

Patrick Tompkins.asked to have the Eaton equipment.list sent.over for him,to add .into:the
assessment tool.
Next meeting will be June 4th at 6:00 PM at Joshua Eaton
Brad Congdon submitted a.narrative on the cemetery garage outlining the process and:the
overall determination to table the project.
The group talked about needing a consultant or a house doctor-contract to get things
moving along.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20 PM.
