piggy -back on this event.
Spring (March or April) is a good time.

Tom will send an email asking for volunteers.
5. Trail seminar recap
All members who went thought that the Reading Trails presentation went well and
got positive feedback from attendees.
Tom will respond to the request for information that we got from a man in
Williamstown.
Sturbridge presentation was interesting.
6. Bare Meadow Habitat Study
Kim had sent a memo to the committee with an idea to have a habitat study done at
Bare Meadow. She submitted it to Chuck Tirone for discussion at the Dec 6
Conservation Commission meeting. Dave will attend the meeting.
There is a Mass Wildlife grant that we could apply for to help with meadow cut back.
7. Dogs and Leash Law
Dave brought up the discussion about the leash law in Reading, particularly in the
Town Forest. Is there a way to extend the sidewalk law to conservation areas? There
are over 2000 licensed dogs in Reading. Talk to Andy Friedmann about this?
S. New Members
Kathy Kelly wants to join us.
