• Called to order at 7:00 pm. VA was appointed as a voting member.
• 119 Salem St - Keith Forlizzi of MBA Building Group reports that he has stripped the I
asphalt shingles and removed the oil tank. Demolition will resume as weather permits.
• 79/81 Salem St - Richard Stuart of Triton Construction Management reports, "At' this
point of the year it will probably be Spring when we demolish the building".
• Post Mark Square - RHC looks .forward to reviewing landscape details and plans for
lower/front granite wall. JEB suggested that kHC send a letter regarding, this request.
24 Gould St - Next steps are to obtain an agreement on RHC requests as per our letter
to CPDC dated 9/14/17 and prepare for a future Demolition Delay Hearing. David.
Traggorth to attend a future meeting.
• Inquiries -
o 40 Bancroft Excavation - RW & VA visited site and met with owners. Confirmed
early 1900 cistern and dry wells. RW to write up his observations.
o 22 Dudley - Request for a historic sign has been received. 'Sign's will be ordered
in April.
• Annual Report - JEB has just a few comments on RW's draft report.
• Finances - no recent expenditures.
• New Business -
o Schoolhouse Condo - VA attended DRT. The rebuilding of the structure is
proceeding in 2 phases. Beginning with roof and windows, dealing with insurance

companies and updated building codes. Developer may come to a future meeting..
There are some deed restrictions on.the exterior of the building.
o If This House Could Talk - RW ' received a call from Sarah Brukilacchio from the
Gould Street area. There is a program noticed in. Newburyport that she would like :
to come and talk to us about this program.
o Business article - RW mentioned Boston Globe article regarding possible changes
to spur residential construction and development.
o Budget Meeting - VA attended the presentation by Jean Delios. I
o Book Donations - offered to the RHC by Clayton Jones.
o Archives - Heat may not be working properly Assistant Fire Chief spoke with VA
regarding town's historic assets. RW to ask Town Hall Engineering to fix no -heat .
situation.
o Adobe software issue discussed last month was spam, this'was determined after
RW inquired with the town's IT department.
® Minutes - RHC reviewed the minutes from 11/8. JEB moved to accept as amended. SRS
seconded. Vote 5-0.
• Future Meetings - January 17, 2018 at 7 pm and February 7, 2018' at 7 pm
• Adjourn, at 8:30 pm.
