Topics of Discussion:
ip Called to order.at 7:00 pm. VA was appointed as a voting member.
• 119 Salem St - KF presented an. updated design for the property with enlarged windows
in the front. KF also had an example of the Boral a durable wood plastic composite to be
used'for window trim. May use Aztec on the corners: Both products can be painted
There is a plan to use the foundation fieldstone on the property as non-structural walls
less than .4 feet in height. Driveway curb cut remains the same and the structure will be
more . centered on the property. JW moved that the structure at 119 Salem St be
released from the stay of demolition as the owner has agreed in writing to accept a
demolition permit on specific conditions including measures approved by the Commission.
VA seconded the motioned. Vote 5-0. RW will bring the. letter to the building -inspector
tomorrow.
• Post Mark Square - Project has been approved by CPDC.
• 24 Gould St - A new..plan has been presented with changes. At CPDC meeting last
Monday a decision was made to.approve the project. The decision -included some of the
issues the RHC. had mentioned specifically in the historic memorial display area. JW
voiced concern about the loss of architectural integrity, of the design. RW felt that the
architectural changes to the front and sides of the building were an improvement.
The garage has-been pushed back by 3 feet from the rear abutters lot line.. The 2nd floor
living units are now 15 feet from the rear lot line, with slightly increased. separation for
the 3`d and 4th floors. Materials were changed. The project remains 4 floors.
• Finances - VA attends the Arts Reading ,group that is trying to start an. Arts district.
RHC discussed potential membership in the future.with a minimal fee.

• New Business -
o Budget Review meeting in December
o SC is researching better storage for the glass plate negatives and will report at
the next meeting. -
o Doris Driscoll painting email. RW will call owner, possibly .view painting and
suggest disp'osition.-
o 10/28 received an email regarding our Adobe software expiring at the end of the
year; RW will follow-up. .
o 75 Pearl St recently changed owners.
o Economic Development meeting was attended by. RW, ]EB, SC &VA.
o VA attended Housing .Forum.
