Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM .at the Joshua Eaton School:
The group toured the building from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM. _
Meeting minutes from 7-10-2017 approved.
Meeting minutes from 6-5=2017 approved. -
Meeting minutes from 5-15-2017'approved as amended.
Greg Stepler reviewed the document produced byi Brad Congdon that further narrowed.
down available land in the Town of Reading.
The location on Strout Avenue and, Grove Street. was discussed.. -The impact on the.
neighborhood was mentioned in terms of. traffic:.
Mr. Brown expressedhis desire to see a building constructed at the. Woodend Cemetery. ,
The group is looking at all possibilities and will do the best to explore all options.
Brad Congdon has identified five areas for potential site for a cemetery garage: _
All five locations will .be visited by the group. individually.
The land owned.by RMLD .was questioned by the group as to what could possibly'be done
with the land. Greg Stepler will send an email to the Town Manager to determine a`possible
use for the land.

The group will now .take this list and show how they came. down to five sites. A consultant
can be hired to look at the feasibility of the proposed sites.._
Joe Huggins will ask the Town Manager about spending some of the money for a feasibility
study. Joe Huggins will ask if Bob has time to speak to the chair, Greg Stepler, via phone or
meeting.
Next meeting at Parker Middle School 9-11-20.17 at 6:00 PM.
A copy of the ASTM narrative was distributed which was put together by John Coote.
The.Killam School was described in the narrative.
A building checklist was also _produced which can be used .while doing building walkthroughs
to inventory the condition of the building systems.
Patrick Tompkins went through his assessment tool and the group talked about the best
way to classify each group. The sub -headers need to be looked at that fit our facilities.
The equipment list for Killam will be sent in excel to Patrick Tompkins by Joe Huggins.
