Topics of Discussion:
J. Feudo introduced Bobby Brenna and staff from Perfect Parties. The committee discussed
their desire to have Perfect Parties be the vendor again for 2015. They did also ask to find
ways to refine the amusements. B. Snell asked if there were any amusements for older
kids. Brenna stated that the older and more extreme amusements get the more disappoint
there is for the younger kids who can't go on the attraction.
The committee asked for ideas to get folks to stay on high street and draw more folks down
that way.
B. Brenna stated he would look at the route and use the Fall Street Faire maps to submit a
recommendation for locations. He mentioned there is a new spider climber which will Flt
nicely on High Street.
Perfect Parties exited the meeting.
C. Cipriani spoke about the 5K. She said registration would be open soon, but she was
waiting on the logo to make sure it was reflecting the right year to avoid confusion. The
committee brainstormed what should go on the shirts. C. Cipriani shared a picture of what
the pure Flt logo would look like. B. Snell mentioned that he would like to see the race be
highlighted more as part of the street faire rather than a separate program. L. Leahy
mentioned that putting the sign up info on the faire posters would help.
B. Snell exited the meeting.
A S. Mulroy mentioned the committee has two offers for sponsorships. Hallmark Health was
offering to sponsor the Children's Area or kids Zone and wanted to rename it "The Family
Area". Several committee members felt this would not work well as it implies that the rest
of the faire is not a "family" friendly event. She also mentioned the fact that Rep. Dwyer

Hallmark Health and see if there is another area they might be interested in.

this year.
Finally, Blltmore and Maine (FKA Grumpy's) wanted investigate a beer garden. S. Mulroy
and J. Feudo said they would meet with them to try to help understand what their goal for
the event is.
The next two meetings will be July 21`t and August 11th.
K. Bonazoll asked if a link to the volunteer site could be made available on the website. J.
Feudo said he would fix it for her.
