Commissioners: Richard S. Hahn, Chairman Philip B. Pacino, Vice Chairman Gina Snyder, First Secretary Mary Ellen O'Neill, Second Secretary Robert Soli, Commissioner Attendees: Vincent Cameron, General Manager Approval of Minutes of July 27, 2011 Executive Board Meeting Ms. Snyder made a motion seconded by Mr. Soli to approve the Executive Session meeting minutes of July 27, 2011 with changes. Chairman Hahn called for a poll of the vote: Chairman Hahn, Aye; Mr. Pacino, Aye; Ms. Snyder; Aye; Ms. O'Neill, Aye; and Mr. Soli, Aye. Motion carried 5:0:0. Duncan & Allen Update Mr. Cameron provided an update on the issues that Duncan & Allen are currently handling which include Demand Response Pricing and the Forward Capacity Markel. Discussion followed. MMWEC Arbitration Update Mr. Cameron reported on the recent request by MMWEC to have an RMLD Board Member deposed. Mr. Cameron said that the most knowledgeable Board member should be deposed and he suggested it be Chairman Hahn. Mr. Cameron said that although Vice Chairmen Pacino had served much longer on the RMLD Board, Chairman Hahn was more familiar with the electric industry overall. Discussion followed. It was the sense of the Board that Chairman Hahn be deposed on behalf of the RMLD Board. Motion to Adjourn Al 8:47 p.m. Mr. Pacino made a motion seconded by Mr. Soli that the Board adjourn the Executive Session and return to Regular Session for the sole purpose of adjournment. Chairman Hahn called for a poll of the vote: Chairman Hahn, Aye; Mr. Pacino, Aye; Ms. O'Neill, Aye; Mr. Soli, Aye; and Ms. Snyder; Aye. Motion carried 5:0:0.
