Agenda:
1. Review minutes from the January 4, 2016, meeting.
a. Change parent visitation date to January 12, not January 27.
b. Motion to accept minutes made by Audra Cashin.
c. Motion accepted by Julie Joyce.
2. Update on School Happenings
a. Social media presentation in January
b. Geography Bee: Jack Mendez winner
c. Grade 7 Dance: 100 students, Grade 8 Dance: March 31
d. Heroes Among Us Assembly honoring Molly Callahan
e. March 31: Hoops for Heart
f. April 10: Romeo and Juliet — gr 8
g. April 12: Gr. 6 Myth Masters
3. Update on progress towards SIP goals
a. Data teams are working well identifying students who may otherwise fly under
the radar and implementing strategies/interventions and monitoring progress
b. Next year: focus on SST process, common language for behavior expectations
and core values, building tier 1 and tier 2 supports
4. Continue discussion of Honor Roll Determination for 2017-2018 Handbook
a. Agreement to use GPA, but weighted according to how often courses meet.
Include "C" keeps students off honor roll.
5. Discussion of Dress Standard for 2017-2018 Handbook

a. Take out "overly tight clothing"
b. Put some of the universal (male/female) items first and "sprinkle" in the others
more female specific.
6. Other: Next time talk about Welcome to Parker — Can we discuss number of days?
Maybe two 2 or 3 hour days versus four 2 hour days?
