Motion to close by Mr. Flynn and seconded by Mr. Pinette Vote 6-0-0 NOI 270-0680,1260-1264 Main Street, Mass Equity Mr. Tilton discussed tree removal, drainage language and trail easement language. The Commission is waiting for the revised plan with changes requested by the planning board before they finalize the Order and send it to DEP and the applicant. The Commission agreed that the parking, trail, and kiosk sufficiently covered the variance mitigation needed for the work within the 35 foot no build area. The applicant said topographical data was never taken on at the property. Map references were questioned by Ms. Scanlon.
