Ms. Longley called meeting to order at 7:00 pm
Administrative, the Commission signed RDA 2017-4, 23 Tennyson Road, Order of Conditions
Administrative, the Commission re-signed RDA 2017-2 roadway maintenance
NOI 270-0681,14 Strawberry Hill Lane, Moynihan
Mr Sullivan prepared a plan showing the new tree locations closer and denser in the area of the
pond, it was agreed that the proposed tree replacement was sufficient to make up the 2,700 s.f.
clear-cut during the house construction.
Motion to close by Mr. Flynn and seconded by Mr. Pinette Vote 6-0-0
NOI 270-0680,1260-1264 Main Street, Mass Equity
Mr. Tilton discussed tree removal, drainage language and trail easement language. The
Commission is waiting for the revised plan with changes requested by the planning board before
they finalize the Order and send it to DEP and the applicant. The Commission agreed that the
parking, trail, and kiosk sufficiently covered the variance mitigation needed for the work within
the 35 foot no build area.

A site walk was conducted to observe the new flags above wetland flags 2 and 3, and the stream
location by the culvert. The applicant said topographical data was never taken on at the property.
Map references were questioned by Ms. Scanlon.
