A. Call to Order
Chair Croft called the Executive Session to order in the Superintendent's Office.
Litigation Update
Attorney Doneski updated the Committee on the status of the TLT litigation case. Mr. Dunlap's
testimony began today before the Master. Mr. Doneski feels Mr. Dunlap is a good witness for the Town.
Superintendent Doherty asked for clarification regarding a settlement offer and if we went to 7 figures
would TLT settle. Mr. Doneski will attempt to elicit information from TLT's counsel regarding a
settlement.
Attorney Doneski said that Mr. Dunlap had asked about receiving compensation similar to what Mr.
Capaldo was receiving for his testimony and asked the School Committee to extend the same rate to Mr.
Dunlap. The School Committee agreed.
Mr. Robinson asked about the possibility of bringing cases against Design Partnership of Cambridge, Ai -
3 and Brackett & Lucas.

Dr. Doherty feels that the last meeting was positive and that a tentative agreement has been reached. The
agreement provides increases of 2-3-2.5% over the three-year contract. He pointed out that the Union
gave up a lot the last time and this contract makes up for some of the sacrifices.
The Union is schedule to vote on June 2'.
