Mr. LeLacheur snared that the Town may still be owed money from the MSBA to close out the project.
The Town Accountants are reviewbog the accounts to determine what expenses are reimbursable. The-
MSBA reimbursement would allow the town to increase the settlement offer.

still need to be worked out are meetings and money.
