Discussion on Articles for subsequent Town Meeting November 2016 - RECEIVED 111�aDING. MASS. 1016 DEC 20 P b. 51 l Article 19: No vote because CPDC needed to discuss in their own meeting General Bylaw section 7.9.2.3 and 7.9.4.1 added as amendments for Article 19 No definition of disturbance/disturbance of land- may be defined at Federal level (EPA) Are definitions the same as the Zoning Bylaw? .7.1 of General Bylaw, Use of Private Lands Codifies EPA and MGL requirements Disturbance of land defined in General Bylaw section 7.9.2.9 in Article 19 Assuming all duties bestowed are granted by EPA .Interest rate of 14% in MGL Vote to approve Article 19 as amended by CPDC Motion: Stephen Crook 2nd: Chris O'Donoghue Approve 4-0 Article 23: Second Offense fine changed to $300 Hazardous materials defined in MGL Chapter 94B General Bylaw section 8.12.2.2 change "into enter" to "into" General Bylaw section 8.12.3 eliminate the second "in writing" General Bylaw section 8.12.4.3 applies to blocking exit pipes into wetlands Page 1 1 1.7 states that each day a violation is committed is a separate offense Motion: Steve 2nd: Paul Approve 4-0 ------------------------------ Next meeting Wednesday December 14th, 7:30pm.
