~ The Board of Selectmen convened in Executive Session at 7|00 P.M.
| ] / in the Executive Offices, 6 Lowell Street, Reading, Ma. Present were
! Chairman Landers, Vice Chairman Ziegler, Board Members Russell and Graham

� and Town Manager, Peter I. Hechenbleikner=
Also present was Town Counse1' H. Theodore Cohen and Messrs"
Silverman and Cohen of TASC, Attorney O. Bradley Latham and Director of
Public Works Anthony V. Fletcher, P.E.
The Town Manager distributed the revised updated agreement with
TASC with modifications of a minor nature as promulgated from Town
Counsel.
Atty. Cohen explained the changes and made minor wording changes
to Section 15"1"A of the P&S Agreement.
Secretary Nigro joined the meeting at 7|05 P.M.

- \ The Board next discussed the Agreement with H.J. Davis Co.
Atty. Cohen stated we areall set, all problems have been
resolved and there are minor changes to this Agreement as well.
Atty. Cohen changed a portion of the agreement to read, "in
accordance with the Judgement' at such time asaccess t ' John Street is
available to the Davis Property' they shall forthwith cease to use the Ash
Street access unless it is an emergency"
It was moved and seconded to go out of Executive Session at 7|25
P.M. and the Chairman polled the Board as follows:
Mr" Graham yes
Mr" Russell - yes
Mr. Nigro - yes
Mrs. Ziegler - yes

The meeting adjourned at 7|2G P.M.
