Home My WebLink About1989-06-27 Board of Selectmen Executive Session Minutes Minutes of the Executive session j 6/27/89 Present were Chairman Graham, Vice-Chairman Ziegler, Selectmen Nigro, Russell, Town Manager Hechenbleikner, Public Works Direc- tor Fletcher, Charlie Clark, Town Counsel, Paul Sutton, Dave Blakc, and Dr, Bhunia from Weston and Sampson. Discussion ensued with regard to the clean-up of the former Public Works Site. Several options were presented by Weston & Sampson. Their recommended option is a land farming with aera- tion. Tony Fletcher will go back to TASC to discuss this methodoloyg. Weston & Sampson will begin to develop the paper- work to file for a waiver from the MCP program. Fletcher will also start the application process of DEQE for aeration. The Board felt that it would be premature to meet with TASC at this time. Respectfully submitted, Secretary i i
