Status update:
The two day 10`h annual Massachusetts Housing Institute, put on by Mass Housing Partnership, was held
in Devens MA on June 14 and 15. Liz was a speaker, and Valerie also attended both days.
North Reading:
Whittridge Place 50 Mount Vernon Street unit 8 - Trustee called complaining that new tenant did major
rehab and seems to not live in unit. Liz said to contact monitoring agent to see if all assets were
properly disclosed. I asked trustee to contact me if owner is not living in unit.
HOME funds application was submitted.
HPP — May be more than one consultant — one additional for the senior housing segment.

Saugus:
Settlement for HOP unit, 6 Fairview Ave. Unit wants to re-fi. Deed states loan is to be paid off if there is
a re-fi. Question about how much was borrowed.
Wilmington:
Monitoring of affordable rental units in Avalon Oaks. Liz, Valerie and I met at the complex and examined
6 files of the 41 affordable units. We visited some of the apartments. Facility seems well managed. Will
follow-up with some requests.
Visited Metro at Wilmington Station — Met with property manager, Katie Murfey
Presented picture slideshow of affordable units in North Reading and Wilmington.
Liz presented an in-depth look at the RHSO website, and the access each town had to information.
Next meeting will be held on August 25, 2016, at 10 AM in the Berger Room at Town Hall.
